    Joe Kiani

    CO-FOUNDER & CEO

    Joe Kiani is a renowned technology entrepreneur and humanitarian, as well as the Founder of Masimo, one of the world's most admired medical technology companies. In 2012, Joe founded the Patient Safety Movement Foundation. The inventor of world-changing, noninvasive patient monitoring; and the recipient of multiple awards across the intellectual property, technology and humanitarian sectors; Joe speaks at events around the world, championing the rights of those who are not always empowered to speak for themselves.

    Jean Mayrand

    CO-FOUNDER & CTO

    Jean Mayrand founded the Montreal-based Vantrix Technology Corporation in 2004. With over 25 years of experience in telecommunications and venture capital, Jean began his career as a Professional Instructor at the Ecole Polytechnique of Montreal and at the Centre de Recherche Informatique de Montreal. Jean has held technical and executive management positions at Bell Canada, Telesoft Ventures, Evolucom (later acquired by Wysdom Inc.). Jean holds a B.Eng in Software and Hardware Engineering and an MScA in Software Engineering, both from the Ecole Polytechnique.

    VP OF ENGINEERING

    Troy has 25+ years experience in tech startups and the telecom industry. Troy has worked at companies such as Vantrix, CN Railway, Algolux, IRYStec, and most recently Triton Digital. Troy also spent 10 years at Ericsson, where he served as software developer and product manager. Troy holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Sherbrooke

    Vincent is a proven Finance Executive and Investor, as well as a leader in Private Equity and Growth Equity with hands-on operational expertise across technology and consumer sectors. Drawing from direct company roles and major global financial institutions, he drives transformative growth and value creation. Vincent has completed over 50 investments exceeding $5 billion and successfully fundraised over $1 billion. He holds degrees from Princeton University and Columbia Business School.

    Alex Colao

    VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES

    Alex Colao joined Coresee as Vice President of Sales in March 2026, bringing over a decade of executive leadership in SaaS and consumer intelligence. Previously, Alex served as Chief Revenue Officer at MFour, where he spent over ten years transforming the firm into a market research powerhouse and scaling its proprietary behavior-driven data solutions. Known for building high-performing sales teams and future-proof revenue strategies, he specializes in leveraging advanced analytics and AI to drive corporate growth. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Psychology from the College of Charleston and is based in Orange County, California.

    Mark Kassen

    Mark Kassen is a Golden Globe and Emmy nominated filmmaker, playwright and actor. Mark has a history of cultivating new filmmaking technology, utilizing it to reduce barriers for artists. He previously co-founded Trigger Street Independent Film Fund, whose films garnered 11 Emmy and 4 Golden Globe nominations. Mark's feature film directing and producing credits include PUNCTURE starring Chris Evans, BERNARD AND DORIS starring Ralph Fiennes and Susan Sarandon for HBO, and Chris Evans' BEFORE WE GO. Mark has produced and been showrunner of multiple scripted, reality and documentary series across networks such as FOX TELEVISION, MTV, IFC, AMC and SUNDANCE CHANNEL. Mark recently directed and starred in PH-1, a political thriller starring Abubakar Salim, Dina Shihabi, Vinessa Shaw, and Jesse L. Martin.

He led one of the worlds largest media companies and home to some of the most respected and beloved brands around the globe, including Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, ESPN and National Geographic.

    Founder of Recurve Capital, Aaron has over 20 years of experience managing billions of dollars of client assets in Technology, Media, Telecom, and Consumer sectors. Aaron also serves as Chief Investment Officer of Kiani Preserve. He holds a BS from Stanford University.
